Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is not pre-paid, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received the wrong item(s).
- Return shipping is refundable only if you received the wrong item(s) or an item that is DOA. A return label will be provided in such cases.
- Please return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipment date to our Returns address after contacting us.
How to Submit a Request for Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please email our returns department at support@FogerVapes.com. Include:

- ORDER NUMBER.
- PHONE NUMBER.
- REASON for the return.
You may be asked to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the package.
Processing Returns

- Do not ship items back in a regular envelope or paper envelope, as this may result in lost or damaged items. Use padded envelopes or boxes for proper packaging.
- Include your name, contact information, and order number in the return package.
- Returns must include all parts that came with your item, including packaging, if still available.
