Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. Your order is our priority and we will ship it as quickly as possible. If we expect a significant delay, we may contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Restrictions
Foger Vapes currently ships within the United States and its territories only.
We do not ship to P O boxes or APO and FPO addresses. Additional restrictions may apply based on state or local regulations regarding vapor products.
Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address submitted during checkout.
Please carefully verify your street name, house number, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing unit numbers or wrong ZIP codes, may result in lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Foger Vapes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer and cannot offer refunds or free replacements for such cases.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once a correct address is provided and additional postage is paid.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a separate email will be sent with your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the carrier scans the package. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take care in packing and shipping your order, but once a package is accepted by the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
Foger Vapes is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
To support a claim, you should retain all original packaging and items, and provide photos if requested by the carrier.
Age Verification Requirements
Foger Vapes only sells to adults of legal smoking age. To comply with federal, state, and local regulations, all orders are subject to age verification.
We use a trusted third party service, such as AgeChecker Net, to verify the information provided at checkout. If automatic age verification cannot be completed, we may contact you and request a photo of a valid government issued ID that clearly shows your name and date of birth.
Orders that fail age verification, or for which requested documentation is not provided, may be delayed or cancelled. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all age verification requirements.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, Foger Vapes does not offer shipping to locations outside the United States and its territories.
