Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:30 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display the first scan after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
Some states restrict certain vape products due to local laws. Our system automatically blocks restricted products based on your shipping address. Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses may be delayed or canceled.
We can ship qualifying “Texas Compliant” products to Texas through our dedicated collection. To shop products eligible for shipment to Texas, please visit our Texas Compliant collection . Non-compliant products remain restricted for Texas shipping addresses and are blocked at checkout.

If your state is not eligible, you will not be able to complete checkout with vape items in your cart.
Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address submitted.
Please verify your street name, house number, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing unit numbers or wrong ZIP codes, may result in lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
FogerVapes.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer and cannot offer refunds or free replacements for such cases.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once a correct address is provided and additional postage is paid.
Order Verification & Age Verification
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and age verification. Incomplete or failed verification will delay your order.
FogerVapes.com only sells to adults of legal smoking age. We use a trusted third-party age verification service to confirm the information provided at checkout. If automatic age verification cannot be completed, we may contact you and request a photo of a valid government-issued ID that clearly shows your name and date of birth.
Orders that fail age verification, or for which requested documentation is not provided, may be delayed or canceled to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we package every order with care, FogerVapes.com is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or tracking errors caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all original packaging and items, as photos or inspection may be required by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you receive a defective item (not caused by misuse), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Dead on arrival (DOA) items
- Items that do not match the description on our site
This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
Health & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are confirmed defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item or a DOA product. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. All returns must be approved by customer service before you ship anything back.
How to Request a Return
Email support@fogervapes.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)
Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for completing your return.
Processing Returns
- If confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped at no cost (subject to availability).
- If the item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- If items are found to be fully functional, they may be returned to you or store credit issued at our discretion.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Devices Purchased Elsewhere
Defective devices purchased from other vendors cannot be replaced by FogerVapes.com. Please contact the original seller for support. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on FogerVapes.com.
