Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:30 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day. However, please allow up to 2 business days for processing during high-volume periods.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display the first scan.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses may be delayed or canceled. Some states may restrict certain vape products due to local laws.
Order Verification
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and age verification. Incomplete or failed verification will delay your order.
Please double-check your full legal name, correct date of birth, and shipping address before placing an order. Auto-filled or mismatched details commonly cause verification failures and shipping delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we package every order with care, FogerVapes.com is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or tracking errors caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging and items, then file a claim directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you receive a defective item (not caused by misuse), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
What Our Policy Covers
- Manufacturer defects
- Dead on arrival (DOA) items
- Items that do not match the description on our site
This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Health & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless you received the wrong item or a DOA product. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. All returns must be approved by customer service before shipping.
How to Request a Return
Email support@fogervapes.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)
Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for completing your return.
Processing Returns
- If confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped at no cost (subject to availability).
- If unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- If items are fully functional, they may be returned to you or store credit issued at our discretion.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt.
Devices Purchased Elsewhere
Defective devices purchased from other vendors cannot be replaced by FogerVapes.com. Please contact the original seller for support. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on FogerVapes.com.
