01 What We Sell
The Foger range here is built around two device families. The Switch Pro is a modular system: a rechargeable power bank and replaceable pods, rated up to 30,000 puffs in Normal mode and roughly 18,000 in Boost. Each pod holds 19mL of e-liquid at 5% (50mg) salt nicotine, with adjustable airflow and an on-device display.
The Bit 35K is the simpler option, a single pre-filled device for anyone who would rather not manage pods and power banks separately. Both run across a wide flavor list, and the current lineup with live stock is on the shop page.
02 How We Verify Authenticity
Counterfeit disposables are a real problem in this category, and the way we avoid them is upstream. We source at the first point of sale, never from liquidators, clearance lots or gray-market stock, which is where counterfeits enter the market. Every device ships sealed with its authentication code intact.

03 Age Verification and Compliance
You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. Age verification runs automatically at checkout against public records and is usually instant. If the check cannot match you, we ask for a photo of a government-issued ID before anything ships, and nothing dispatches until that clears. Orders that cannot be verified are canceled and refunded.
An adult signature is required at delivery, so whoever receives the package needs ID as well. Full detail is on our age verification policy.
04 Shipping and Returns
Orders usually ship within 0 to 2 business days, and may ship the same day when placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM ET. Shipping is $9 flat, free on orders of $125 or more. We ship within the United States only, and some states restrict what we can send.
Returns run 14 days from delivery and need approval before anything comes back. Full terms are on shipping and processing and returns and refunds, including which states we can reach and who pays return freight.

This site exists to do one brand properly rather than many brands thinly. The Foger catalog here runs to more than two hundred products, which is deep enough that series and flavors stay in stock, and specific enough that a question about pod compatibility or a display code gets a real answer instead of a lookup.
That focus shapes what we do not do. We do not list product we have not received, and we do not run clearance or liquidation stock. Everything moves through a single warehouse, which is why order status is something we can tell you rather than something we have to chase.
