Verify Your Foger
Foger runs its own authentication check. The code comes from them and so does the answer, which is the point. We are not the ones telling you it is real.
01 Check the Code
Scratch the security panel on the box for the code, then enter it at fogertech.com/security-code.html.
A genuine code returns a confirmation. Some checkers show how many times a code has been queried. One or two is normal, since devices are sometimes checked in transit. Repeated checks over a long period is worth asking us about.
Kits and pods carry separate codes, so check each one if you bought them apart.

02 What to Check Physically
Do these before you open anything, and do them regardless of what the code says.
- Seal intact. Shrink wrap tight and unbroken, not loose or resealed.
- Print quality. Sharp text, clean logo edges. Counterfeits blur under magnification and usually get a color slightly wrong.
- Pod seats cleanly. A genuine pod clicks into the dock and holds. A loose fit is the clearest counterfeit tell on this system.
- Weight and feel. A genuine device feels dense. Light or rattly means a smaller battery or a partly filled pod.
- Screen behaves. The Switch Pro dock and the Bit 35K both show battery and e-liquid level. A blank or flickering display is the fastest sign of a counterfeit.
- Specs match the page. 30,000 puffs on Switch Pro pods, 35,000 on the Bit, 5% nicotine throughout. A mismatch means one of us is wrong and it is worth asking which.
- Code panel unscratched. If it is already scratched when it reaches you, someone checked it first.
03 Checking the Seller, Not Just the Device
A code tells you the device is genuine. It tells you nothing about who sold it to you, and those are different risks.
Be careful with the phrases sites print about themselves. "Official store", "direct from the brand", "authorized US retailer": none of those can be verified from outside. Anyone can write them, they cost nothing, and the sites most likely to be lying are the ones most likely to use them.
We say we are an independent retailer, which is a smaller claim and one you also cannot check from here. So judge us the way you would judge anyone: does the age check run, does a person reply when you email, is the returns policy readable, are the prices plausible.
Those are things you can test. What a site says about its own status is not.
We use one of those phrases ourselves. Our About page says we buy direct from the brand, which is true here and is why we say it. But you cannot check it from where you are sitting, and it deserves the same skepticism as anyone else's version. Judge the things you can test instead.
04 If a Code Fails
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the code panel.
We replace it or refund it. No argument, and we do not ask you to prove anything beyond the photo.
A failed code means something went wrong upstream of you, and we cannot fix a supplier problem we have not heard about.

Do pods and kits verify separately?
Yes. Each carries its own code, so check both if you bought them apart.
What if the checker says my code has been used before?

Does a passing code mean the device is safe?
It means the device is genuine, which is a different question. Nicotine is addictive regardless of who made it.
Can I verify before opening the box?
