Straightforward returns and real warranty support. Here is exactly how it works.
At Foger Vapes, your satisfaction is always our priority. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. All returns require approval from our team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
01 What Is Covered
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (per tracking) if they fall under any of these:
- Manufacturer defects
- Dead on arrival (DOA) items
- The wrong item was shipped
- Items that do not match their product description
Products damaged from misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible.
02 Health & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
03 Return Shipping
- If the fault is ours, we pay. Manufacturer defects, dead on arrival, or the wrong item shipped: we cover return shipping in full and email you a prepaid label. You are never out of pocket for our mistake.
- For any other approved return, shipping is at your cost. Arrange a tracked service where you can, since we can only process a return that reaches us.
- Either way, the return must be approved first, within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
04 Damaged, Lost or Stolen in Transit
Once a parcel leaves us it is in the carrier's hands, so damage, loss or theft in transit is settled as a shipping claim rather than a product return. The product itself is not faulty, and a return would not resolve it.
This is why we recommend Route Package Protection at checkout. Route covers a lost, stolen or damaged parcel with a refund or a replacement, and a Route claim is resolved far faster than pursuing a carrier yourself.
If Route was not added to the order, contact us with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. We will help you file a claim with the carrier, though we are not able to refund or replace the order ourselves in that case.
05 How to Request a Return
Email support@fogervapes.com with the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)
Once approved, our team will provide instructions to complete your return.
06 Processing & Resolution
- Confirmed defective items are replaced at no cost, subject to availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- Fully functional items may be returned to you or issued store credit at our discretion.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.

We are a retailer and do not manufacture, modify or certify these products. Any claim concerning a manufacturing defect, device malfunction, battery failure, or resulting personal injury or property damage should be directed to the manufacturer. We will supply the purchase record and product details needed to support such a claim and will help you make contact.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
