Safety, and who is responsible for what
Buying direct means we control where our stock comes from. It does not mean we build the devices. They are designed, manufactured, tested and packaged by the manufacturer, and we do not modify or certify them.
If a device is defective or causes injury or damage, contact the manufacturer directly. That includes any claim involving a battery failure, overheating, rupture or fire, and any health-related claim. We will supply your purchase record and the product details needed to support that claim, and we will help you make contact. But the manufacturer is the party responsible for the product itself.
