Shipping Rates

• $9 flat rate shipping on all eligible orders
• Free shipping on orders of $125 or more
• The applicable shipping rate is automatically applied at checkout based on your eligible order total

Processing Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Many orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM ET may ship the same business day, however processing times vary based on order volume, verification requirements, weekends, holidays and operational conditions.

Orders may also be packed or processed on weekends and holidays when operations allow. Shipment timing is not guaranteed, and orders may move through processing sooner than expected.

These are typical times, not a guarantee. We would rather set an honest expectation than a flattering one.

If we are running behind, we will tell you. When processing is taking longer than usual we post a notice on the site so you know before you order, not after. If your order is already placed and something changes, we will contact you directly.

Your tracking email is the definitive confirmation that an order has left us. Until it arrives, an order is still in processing.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Certain states have restrictions or bans on shipping vape products.

Address Accuracy

Invalid or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellation of your order. Before submitting, please verify:

• Use your full legal name
• Enter your correct date of birth
• Provide your current residential address
• Be careful with browser autofill, a common source of errors

Order Verification

All orders require payment confirmation and age verification. Incomplete or failed verification will delay your order.

Returning customers: if you've verified previously with the same name, address, and date of birth, you won't need to verify again.

Tips: use your legal name, correct date of birth, and current address to avoid delays.

Carriers & Transit Times

We use a network of regional and local carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection is based on your destination, package size, and current operational capacity.

Once a parcel is collected, transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days, on top of the 1 to 2 business days we take to process and dispatch. That is a typical range, not a guarantee: actual transit depends on your distance from the dispatch point, the carrier handling the final leg, weather, and holiday volume. Once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is outside our control. Your tracking link is the most accurate guide once the parcel is moving.

Tracking

• Email updates: Add your email at checkout to receive tracking notifications
• First scan: Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan
• SMS: Text and SMS notifications are not currently supported

Route Package Protection

Optional protection: add Route Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Coverage: receive a refund or replacement if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Recommendation: we strongly recommend adding Route to your order to protect your shipment. You have 30 days to file a claim at claims.route.com using your order email and order number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If you purchased Route Protection, file your claim through Route. If Route was not selected, please contact the carrier directly.

Late Shipments

• Peak periods: Carriers may experience delays or intermittent tracking updates
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for carrier delays
• Delivery help: Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues or tracking concerns
• Protection option: For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout

Order Issues

If anything in your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a photo of the items you received, and the packing slip.
