Foger Warranty and Returns

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Here is exactly what is covered, and how to start a claim.

Does Foger Vapes offer a warranty?

Yes: if your device arrives defective or dead on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, you can choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

What does the warranty not cover?

Damage from misuse, neglect or improper storage is not covered, and neither are opened or used products that are not defective. Devices or pods that have been opened, refilled or tampered with are also excluded.

Who pays return shipping?

We do when the fault is ours: for defective, dead on arrival or wrong items, we email you a prepaid label, so you are never out of pocket for our mistake.

What happens after 14 days?

Defect claims after our 14-day window go to the manufacturer, since Foger products are made by them, not by us. We will help you contact them.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Email support@fogervapes.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.

1. Wait for approval before sending anything back. We review most requests within one business day.
2. Ship it with the prepaid label if the fault is ours.
3. Allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive it.

Can I return a flavor I did not like?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot take back opened or used products unless they are defective.

What if my Foger arrived damaged?

Damage in transit is a shipping claim, not a product return: file with Route within 30 days if you added it, or send us photos of the packaging and contents and we will help you file with the carrier.
