Your Privacy Choices
How to opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising, and what happens when you do.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and this website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may share that information with third parties, including advertising partners, in order to show you ads on other sites and for the other reasons set out in the policy.
Sharing personal information for targeted advertising based on your activity across different websites may count as a sale, a sharing, or targeted advertising under certain US state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out.
01 How to Opt Out
Send us an opt-out request through our contact form, with Opt Out as the subject.
Include the email address you use with us, and the state you live in. That is all we need. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask.
We action requests within 15 days and confirm by email when it is done. If we cannot match your request to an account, we will tell you rather than leave it unanswered.
02 What We Cannot Do Automatically Yet
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal, which is a way of registering an opt-out without contacting each site individually. We do not currently detect that signal, so sending it will not opt you out here.
We would rather tell you that than let you assume it works. Use the route above and it will be handled.
03 What Happens After You Opt Out
We stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners for cross-site targeted advertising.
You will still see ads elsewhere on the internet. They will be less relevant to what you looked at here, which is the point.
Opting out does not close your account, cancel an order, or stop transactional email about something you bought. It does not affect age verification, which is a legal requirement we cannot waive.
04 Your Other Rights
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
Same route, through our contact form. Tell us which you want and we will handle it on the same timeline.
Deletion has one limit worth knowing: we keep records we are legally required to keep, including age verification and order history for tax and regulatory purposes. We will delete everything else and tell you what we kept.
05 Questions
Do I have to create an account to opt out?
No. Contact us from the address you have used with us and that is enough.
Does opting out apply to every device I use?
Yes. Because we handle this by account rather than by browser, it applies wherever you are signed in. That is one advantage of contacting us over a browser signal.
Will you sell my email address?
No. We do not sell customer lists. The sharing this page describes is advertising data, not your contact details being handed to anyone.
What if I change my mind?
Contact us the same way and ask to opt back in.
Who can I ask about this?
Contact us for anything general, and for privacy specifically, so it reaches the right place.
