How does the Foger Switch Pro Kit work?
Attach a pod to the battery dock and inhale. No buttons required. The OLED displays puff count, battery level, and mode.
How many puffs per pod?
Up to 30,000 puffs in Normal Mode or about 18,000 in Boost Mode, depending on user draw.
Can I use the pod without the dock?
Yes, each pod has a 200 mAh internal battery, but performance is best with the dock.
Are pods refillable?
No. Pods are pre-filled for flavor consistency and safety.

Great mint flavor.Lasts a long time.I tried to contact customer service for shipping info,, because a shipping label had been created and I still did not have any updates after several business days. I never heard back from them. (The pic is after I've changed to a new pod. This is Miami Mint, but the review is for Cool Mint. Both are great flavors.)

Love the cool mint flavor, icy enough to mimic a menthol cigarette but a touch sweeter. Reminds me of a minty life saver. As it is the second kit I bought, im entirely happy with it over all. Bought my first from a vendor, and when it malfunctioned was disappointed with the lack of customer service. Your site has been awesome about touching base and making sure I've had a good experience with the product. While I realize shipping requires a cost, my only drawback to ordering is due to shipping cost makes it more expensive than just buying elsewhere and having to wait for it to be delivered. The awesome customer service may end up balancing out the cost and wait time, will have to see.
